Happy B-day to you.

ERICY's press releases mentioned that ERICY had 17 out of 19 WCDMA contracts around the world. Does any of those contracts required ERICY to complete its WCDMA networks in a timely manner? Or ERICY bears to pay penalty?

Or they are just press releases?

Any comment?
