John,

So Harris doesn't have a problem with manual recounts.

She accepted Volusia county, which indicates that she isn't opposed to them. The law provides for them as Amy pointed out.

And the President of the US for the next four years will change, based on her decision, because she chooses not to wait until Tuesday evening (4 days) to certify.

Next Tuesday is 7 days past the deadline. Do you think all the other dates are meaningless? The dates the electors meet, inauguration date, election date?

Do you believe that is a logical decision, if you take away all the partisan biases?

I guess you either go by rules or not. If you have a problem with election law in Florida, you as a resident have some power to change it for the next elections. I don't necessarily find all the steps in the process logical.

As far as actions of Kathleen Harris, I find her actions logical with the only contradiction which was her call for halt of manual recount until a consistent standards are in place, while she accepted manual recount from Volusia county that came in before she called for standards.

Joe
