Midas: It talks about both. The form was a tad complicated so I called the "Transfer Agent." She informed me that this still hasn't received approval, and the finalization of the merger COULD take up to 3-4 months. Still.. considering the wait has been four years, I see this as positive news and the commitment of the company. I think it is great. Just my opinion. Regards G
