Anything is possible, but I doubt highly that this would happen. Most electors are given this after service to the party. They are a pretty dogmatic bunch.

I do think that this latest revelation that the Gore camp is collecting "information" on the electors will backfire in the arena of public opinion. People might not understand the vote fraud concept, but people know blackmail when they see it.
