Blue how hard it is to prove fraud.

I'm not saying that anything has to be proved. But when Gore's handlers admit that they began collecting information on these people the day after the election, what do you think it was for? We've already had Harris threatened with a Whitewater-style investigation. The Gore people are fully capable of this, IMO.
