Exactly and having the court force something down her throat would be horrible to the complete system, state wide or nation wide. If it works, you can do the same to the decision of your president which means the court will be running the country not the current division of power, which is court, house and president.

I hope this election will be a lesson that a lot work needs to be done to remove ambiguity from the voting process. It will leave less room for the courts to intervene, which the courts do reluctantly.

But at the same time, the same should be done with the registration process. The Democrats pushed this law called Motor Voter Act. It makes removes all obstacles from registering but unfortunately, all obstacles from committing fraud as well. You can register to vote for US president with ease even if you are not a US citizen, it is easy to get registered in more than 1 state, even more than once within a single state.
