Joe, If she accepts manual recounts, I think she is making an error (or a partisan decision) in certification, considering the weight of the issue. Pure speculation, but another thing that would be interesting. The counties don't legally have to get their absentee votes in for a week. If a Democratic county, in a partisan decision, decided to delay the submission, she couldn't certify the election, the manual counts could be completed, and then there would be another decision. I don't expect that to happen, just a random thought. John
