I guess as prevously stated, I expected the system to preform on it's own. As you and Richard have stated it is a good thing to check all area's before you Jump, I've decided to look more closely. CANSLIM is on my list to purchase and study, but not until the near future. With the problem I found of not being able to pick the right stocks, i.e. the ones that went up right away. It never caused me to feel that the selection process was invalid, although when I first looked at it, and the charts, that I was following, the move from breakout to new high before system signal almost had me out of it all togeather. I wanted that extra. From what I've seen of Richards posts on CANSLIM and chart reading that has to be the help needed to get the rest of the move. (greed I guess.) This of course increases my risk for loss as I'm not ridgidly following the system. But would be a very nice confirming indicator. BTW I found MUL then. beganing to mumble incoherently Regards Michael
