he's already putting the pedal to the metal...the repos this week were a sight to see. but keep in mind, there are indications that the consumer is tapped out (last consumer credit report showed a sharp decline in growth) and that bank loan officers are getting antsy as the bad loans begin to mount. that said, methinks if we get a little panic into late November/early December, he'll open the flood gates wide, and there will be a little tete-a-tete with institutional players to engineer a bounce.
in the meantime, the commercials spoo net short position is at a new all time high...72K contracts. no low until they reverse.
