I think the FL Supreme court is just playing Gore PR game. they have not had any hearings about the the appeal of the Circuit judge, so no basis for their action.

Joe,

This is a power play...I would not be surprised if Harris and the Supreme Court have locked horns previously. She, foolishly in my opinion, made a point of telling the Court to go play with themselves.....a dangerous move in my experience when you're dealing with a room full of attorneys.

This is plain politics. Harris is going by the law, but the Democrat FL Supreme course is making rules as they go. Gee, so does the Palm Beach county all Democrat canvassing commission. Coincidence?

First, Joe, you're going to believe what you want but its my understanding that the court is pretty much split down the middle wrt partisan politics. And this looks to me to be typical government, not partisan, politics.

Is it coincidence that the greatest percentage of miscounted Gore votes (of the total miscounted votes in a county) were in counties that went to Bush?
