I see, every recount goes for Gore? Even the counties that aren't being recounted?
My arguement is that a hand recount, under the old and more so under the new rules, cannot be more accurate than the machine recount we've already had. And fraud comes into question.
Of course Gore is behind, so I would expect him to want as many recounts as he deems necessary. OTOH, hand recounts only in 3 heavily Dem counties will never fly (no due process)and it's too late to hand recount the whole state...so pending the absentee ballots, Gore loses...
If you re-handcount the whole state then Gore might lose again but we probably will never know that.
