well if the court redefines all the law interpretations in florida. Then it would seem to me that selective recount of republican counties of equal population of dade palm and miami should be directed by the courts. The only reason Gore is getting more votes is because the counties adopted new rules for counting vote. If errors are distributed by probability then counting votes in republican counties is the only way to measure the true will of the people. Tom Watson tosiwmee
