It is very unfortunate what we have to deal with these days as more and more poorly educated and or incompetent and even evil employees put us literally through hell to receive anything approaching good service..... Our cable company put us through hell, as did our water company, home repair service, several credit card companies, and even our street cleaning service! You always have to be on guard when dealing with almost any company these days..... One of the few service companies that have never given us any trouble, and in fact have even gone out of their way to solve any problem that has come our way either from them or the companies we pay through them these last seventeen years, has been American Express. Almost everyone else pales by comparison..... Yogi
