True, but the issue before the Florida Supremes is whether Ms. Harris abused her discretion in the manner in which she applied state law in the conduct of her office.

I may be unbelievably naive, but I truly don't expect the Florida Supreme Court to politicize the election PROCESS, which is what they are asked to interpret. It is the Secretary of State's job to oversee the election process in a nonarbitrary fashion, without violating the express edicts of the law. I fully expect the Supremes to rule with that foremost in their minds.
