With respect to the Annual meeting, ...

I see that Jim Geis and David Krafcsik are suggesting that
it be proposed in the meeting that you be placed on the Board
of Directors. ....

Presumeably we can attempt that by amending the Proxy as suggested
by Jim Geis, ... and presumeably we could also assign our
Proxy to you. ...

They also propose you disapprove Jim Campbell, ... do you
know Jim Cambell, and do you consider him a detriment to the
board?

Out of curiosity, ... if you did get on the Board of Directors,
what would you propose to do to help turn around Gravis?

Would you agree the current deal that they have struck with
Nam Tai be approved as is? ... or would you recommend changes?

Are there any particular areas that you would push the company
to try and improve in? (R&D? triming costs? marketing? ... etc).

I think we all want positive change in the company (to improve
shareholder value). ... But disruptive criticism can be negative
and make things worse, ... so change, suggestions and criticism
must be balanced.

All one member on the board can do is raise a number of issues.
One disagreable member can be voted down by the remainder, and if
a good rapport is not struck with the rest of the board, the impact
of one person can be counter-productive in a worst case. ...

So, guess I'm kind of curious ....
