The Florida Supreme Court has only two options on Monday.

1. Declare G.W. Bush the winner based on the Nov. 14 certified votes plus the absentee ballots.

2. Order a statewide hand recount of all 6 million ballots.

I think they will opt for number 1 because it's always easier to declare the current leader the winner. If they opt for number 2 they will have to come up with statewide standards as to what constitutes a valid ballot. As we have seen, that would be opening a big can of worms.
