I just heard that Bush can go to US Appeals Court to argue case after the decisions of the FLA Supreme Court actions.
I had thought they just rejected Bush's appeal and that was it.

Now this puts pressure on FLA Supreme Court; maybe the US Court of Appeals (very conservative) is leaning on Florida Supreme Court--basically telling them that we are watching.

Hopefully, that could turn the balance in a very close decision. Lets hope Bush wins Monday.
