Here!! Here!! for your defense of our service men, retired myself, 100% disabled, service connected. But I disagree with you to a point, if they are not following the law as laid out, they need to be disqualified. If anything, the laws must be relaxed for servicemen because as you say, they cannot always have the luxury of what the law requires, they did however know what that law was and should have complied.
