On what basis of legal fact do you think the Supreme Court will hear this? Face it, Al Gore is molding the agenda now, in public, and looking Presidential while Bush is hiding. The only reason G.W. wouldn't meet Gore face-to-face is the obvious superiority of mind and spirit Gore has.
