A little logrolling to go with your FRAUD!

The more I dig into the Zitel/Matridigm fraud, the more amazed I am that shareholders don't show up at the front doors with torches.

I went back to the Matridigm web site and I noticed that one of the press release links was no longer active. The link title was "Matridigm Announces New Technology Associates" (4/9/97). Fortunately, I had a copy of the old press release in my dazzling and informative Matridigm brochure.

Basically the story dealt with the fact that Matridigm signed two consulting firms as "technology associates" (by the way - what ever happened to Zitel's claim about "exclusive rights" to the technology?)

One of the firms is Computer Management Sciences (NASDAQ: CMSX). Guess who sits on CMS's board? None other than Matridigm Chairman of the Board, P.E. (Bill) Esping!!!! Interestingly, the press release neglected to mention this tiny detail.

Nothing like throwing a little conflict-of-interest into an ever-escalating fraud.
