What sort of nut case are you comparing having one's finger on the BIG button to access to fed lands?

If you really want to do something, mandate that all new people without a grandfather clause or marriage link be restricted to an urban core, built up real tall. No more suburbs and associated development in rural or backcountry. That is what it is going to take.
