I think folks on both sides may be reading too much into the court's order. To use a sports football analogy (which being a Notre Dame fan I cant avoid), thus far the Court has simply decided to review a call. They havent reviewed it yet, so we dont know what will happen when they do. All they have done up to this point is stop the game clock so that it doesnt run out before they have a chance to review the play.
