John, The Florida Secretary of State is a pawn playing her minor part Suppose you are right in that she is pawn. But she is a single pawn facing 10s or 100s pawns on the other side, starting from Canvassing board commissioners, through the employee counters, 10s of local county judges, all the way to justices of the FL Supreme Court. When it comes to playing dirty, fighting in the mud, Republicans are just completely befuddled. Given this, I don't understand your preoccupation with her. The lawyers on each side cancel each other (even though I think Gore legal team is much better). Beyond that, Harris is 1 against 100s. Is it going to be fair if the game has no Republicans vs. 100s of Democrats on the battlefield? Joe
