Florida votes to reconfirm Supreme Court Justices every four years. If they do what it looks like they are going to do I would bet the greatest thrust in Florida will be to remove these people. If they usurp and show contempt for state law they don't deserve to serve. They are showing their partisanship which is very disgusting.
