Up to 652 now. Fantasy time. Secretary Harris replies to Judges telling her she must accept Gore's chosen hand-counted counties without a state-wide hand-count. "You Honors, your job is to interpret the law. By my oath to the constitution, I have a duty to do so too. Acting as the Secretary of State of Fla. I must now exercise my discretion and follow the law as I believe it must exist, based in the fundamental fairness embodied in the Constitution of the United States. I believe I cannot lawfully certify tardily submitted balloting results for the state of Fla. which I am aware represent the employment of vote recovering methods applied inequitably by virtue of being solely from counties chosen at the behest and to the benefit of, a single partisan candidate. I have certified the existing results representing a traditionally full and fair machine recount and certain hand-counts which met this State's deadline, as required by Fla. Law, Saturday two days ago, and these results will be submitted to Congress by my office in due course." Freedom Works, Dan B
