A friend told me last week that he tried to install a DSL line at home by himself(the phone company told him it's very easy to do). But he ends up paying over hundred to have the phone company to do it for him.

As long as the telco has a DSL system on the head end, the user plugs a phone line into a DSL modem and the modem into the RJ45 NIC card. That is it. It doe snot get much easier than that.

Demand is there. It is there big time. I will note that pricing is too high for business compared to residential.
