Becka, considering that your other client, Hitsgalore, has reported in a filing that it is unable to retain or pay counsel in your state (Florida): * does that mean that you have you ceased to represent them? * or are you continuing to work with them but only on the Bloomberg SLAPP case, in the (mistaken) belief that you will, by some miracle, collect something as a contingency fee? * or are you collecting payment in the form of shares (which of course lose half their value every few weeks)?
