"The Miami-Dade Canvassing Board on Friday reversed an earlier decision and approved a full hand recount of 654,000 ballots cast on election day.

A county official told CNN earlier that a full recount could take as long as a month.

The recount vote came after Democratic attorneys argued that approximately 10,750 so-called "undervotes" were cast aside and not counted by machines on election day. In approving the recount, the board said it could not limit the recount to only those undervote ballots so it voted 2-1 for a full recount"

"As overseas absentee ballots were being counted before the midnight Friday deadline, hundreds were being rejected for a variety of reasons: late postmarks, postmarks from within the United States and lack of witness signatures." Bush votes! that is manipulation. Postmarks from within the US? whaaaaaat late postmarks? whaaaaat
