I'm surely in favor of seeing a time limit. I think this should be concluded expeditiously. I heard these overseas write-ins that were received up until the 17th have I believe until the 24th to be finally finalized and Certified. Taking Thanksgiving off during these recounts would not be a show of good faith, I think.
