Tier 1 Absentee - Yes we can accurately and fairly count their votes if they fill out the form and mark their ballot correctly.

Tier 2 Voting Machine - These people pull a lever. The lever signals a vote or a non-vote for each place on the ballot. OK

Tier3 Paper/Marked ballots If you put your mark next to a candidate then it counts - otherwise it doesn't.

Tier 4 Punch balloteers. They have the unusual liberty of either clearly marking their ballots or have the option of having [In this case, Democrats' divining their will.

Gee, what's different about these and why shouldn't they all count the same? Aren't they all 100%? No-they are not.

If you can't make your mark, you did not vote. pure and simple.
