AV-- Sorry for the delay and thanks for the heads up. I forgot to check the debt which does begate the cash. That is why it was "too good to be true." I was not inclined to participate when first asked, and now the stock closed at $4-29/32. It is looking more like the typical "spammer" attempt to dump their stock. I am not sure where "da Cat" got this from but it does smell like some "tainted chicken." <GGG> For now, I will wait for the stock to rach $6 before I would even consider it, if even then. Under $5 you are now in really bad territory where the margin calls are going to force more sells. Hopefully my response was enough to have Da Cat watch on the sidelines like me, and your comments were enough to make him a "scaredy cat." This time, the "path not taken" was a path that led over a cliff and onto the rocks 1000 feet below. Andrew
