AMAT and the electoral process: For a short time on Friday when this chess match seemed to have been won by Bush the market and tech stocks rallied strongly.

This could be an indication of what will happen when on the day when the winner is decided and a concession speech is given.

So the message is somehow be prepared to sell on the news. Unless you are so far underwater that it would take six elections to dig you out.

Sun: all your ideas are good ones, but we are past the point common sense and rational solutions. The last I heard was that Nadar was demanding a recount so that he would know who he lost to. ( for political satire try...www.theonion.com )
