Hey anyone--

What happened in Texas this morning? I just turned on MSNBC for an update and an anchor was interviewing a Bush spokesman. She asked about a drunk driving incident outside the Texas Governor's Mansion and was the Governor O.K.? (nfj) He said he wasn't prepared? authorized? to discuss it, so she moved on to another issue.

What the hell happened?
