The retest of that 3026 was good and the effort to let it close below that 3000 mark in the last fifteen minutes was effectively thwarted..that gap opening that troubled me on Wednesday and our James Strauss predicted correctly to close around 1360. even the SOX 650-675 gap closed yesterday, now I think that moral pressure as Bush tallies increases with the postal ballot will leave a new kind of situation to the crisis, if the Fl Supreme court denies the count irrespective of Gore advantage or not thatm ay be good, may be the court wants to see the whole picture by monday htrey have given ample time to Gore to come with right 'intention' count otherwise the issue would be decided by monday if Gore is a democratic enough he would concede, if the matter has to judged by manual recount and Gore has an advantage, this thing goes to the US Supreme Court only on the legality of the intention count.. the intention count not the manual count will never be sustained in hte higher court like the Judge in Fl did, they would through Gore and his intentions out, the graceful way left for him concede asap.
