To All: SI "Terms of Use" - How often do the terms change?

I just re-read SI's Terms of Use, and it seems to me it is different from the first time I read them, but I can't seem to put my finger on just what. Here is the current version...

exchange2000.com

As it says, the terms and conditions "may be changed from time to time". I think it is important for everyone to read the current terms and conditions word for word. But how often to we need to read it?

Also, is this something new? ==> "2. Posting material, non-public information about companies, without the authorization to do so."

I don't know what "material, non-public information" is. Would this include "channel checks" on products? Or what?
