Back in April I was thinking of averaging down, but then I decided to just wait and see ( never put good money where bad money is...)

What surprises me is that we saw huge volumes changing hands and this is unusual for pink sheet where the major problem is to get some activity at all.

What the hell is going on? One explanation could be that debentures holders are bailing the stock to recover some of the losses.

And what about the 10K?

I tried to get info from the broker that suggested the stock in the first place (what a good idea...) and he lost interest because nobody returns his calls.

A broker values a stock by the amount of information (revenues, plans, directions, etc.) given; hopefully not so strictly, otherwise this stock is indeed not worth crap.
