Would those 10K ballots be from the confiscated Voting machine? Afterall the truth may be that some people may have used that machine to produce ballots up to what qty they were able to get their hands on.Is there anyway of knowing for sure?

Another smelly point is that Hand counts at this stage set up to take away votes from people who actually intended to vote None of the above. Statistics prove that the Intent of most eledgible voters was to select none of the above, dimpled chads not withstanding, this is the most likely scenario.

The whole hand count thing steals the opportunity from the voter to say NEITHER presidential candidate but vote for this or that local issue or office.

All in all this is a mess, it's now in the hands of a bunch of partisans wether you'll admit it or not.
