Chip: These are our first volvo's and they are the glt not turbo models. Looks like our next one might be the turbo (I think the only non turbo S60 is the 165 hp model and I'd go with the 195hp. Not sure if we get a wagon (we just had our first child early this year) which would be for my wife or an S60. We have the same weather (your Boston, I'm Hartford) but you may have more of a salt issue. Our cars bodies are fine except for some minor dings and tree sap. Of course if we have the BK over the next 10 weeks (the Nikel comparison with the NAZ is pretty scary) then we'll be keeping our current models for a while. Tim
