I was just looking over the Florida Election Code again, and I see that whoever loses the election has ten days after the last county canvassing board certifies their results to file a lawsuit protesting the election, so it looks to me as if Florida law contemplates a trial in the circuit court complete with evidence. So I don't see how it can all be resolved in time for the Electoral College to vote, unless the hearing and all appeals are expedited.
