The vote did decide who won. Did you ever take a statistics class? The biased recount going on now is skewing the data, and I must say, erroneous data is being manufactured as well. They now have video evidence of people punching out Gore's slot on the ballots.

Yes, the count and recount were done and Bush won. The machines are 99.9% accurate and unbiased. To add deliberate bias to the process by mining for votes in Gore counties is an attempt at election theft.
