Vol - My previous question to you was uncharacteristically not a moan about whether there is going to be a rally. I happen now to think that there is virtually zero likelyhood of the market recovering or rallying until Mr Greenspan has seen millions of Americans slung out of their jobs and on the dole lines. No my question was whether a house can trade in a stock before it issues a downgrade but using the knowledge that it is going to issue a downgrade? Is that allowed? Best regards, L
