Dale,

I think Quantum is frosting on the cake -- an add-on to existing business. The problems CATS is facing seem more market-oriented than company-specific. The most recent Chase H&Q report was very positive on their business sector. There is currently a negative view of tech companies generally and semi companies specifically. Since most investors don't know much about semiconductors, there is a tendency to paint them with a broad brush. Though CATS is much cheaper and has much better growth prospects than most semi companies, I think it suffers from guilt by association. Eventually, this will get resolved, and CATS should dramatically outperform other chip stocks.

I also remember PSEM, and I think the comparison is a good one. I participated way back when and unfortunately jumped out too soon. I think CATS should have a similar long and profitable run.
