Hi limtex:

As you may have noticed WCII dropped out of the UK
spectrum auction. Although WCII may go EBITDA positive
within the next 9 months, I expect its stock price will
be driven by the sector as a whole, not by its own
fundamentals. In any case, EBITDA is not the only metric
since GSTX was briefly EBITDA positive before going into
bankruptcy about 9 months later. The key is really the
state of the telecom bond market, which itself depends
a lot on the Fed lowering interest rates.
