Victor, what you do not get is that they total less than 14% of all of the telco spending in the US. 14%, 14%, 14%, 14%. Get it, or do i have to repeat myself? 14%. How much do all of the CLECs contribute to telco spending? Guess what. Not all of the CLECs are having trouble. tp
