The problem is with the disputed ones, and the fact that they will all go to Gore, because the recounting is done in counties controlled by Democrats. The undisputed ones were already counted correctly my the machines.

I very liked the argument Petz made. What do you think is more fair, 99% of the ballots counted impartially or 100% of the ballots counted by biased counters?

What's fair is that 100% of the ballots be counted honestly. That's what is being done right now. However, what the Bush campaign is doing is setting things up so that there is the appearance of impropriety. Their purpose is to have a basis for a lawsuit should the election not go their way.

This, of course, comes as no surprise......I suspect a senior in high school understands the dynamics in play here. Therefore, I would appreciate not perpetuating the game on this thread.
