lml, there are different legal interpretations to one set of facts. Just because the lower court ruled on the facts does not mean that an appellate court will not consider those facts in light of all the circumstances and the applicable laws.

For the Secretary of State to cut off vote counts and take actions in general that allow errors to permeate through the vote count that are GREATER THAN the difference in votes received by the two major candidates is a situation not likely to be accepted by the Florida Supreme Court. But we won't know until Monday, or later.
