I don't have all this worked out yet and I would hope when it starts that I can get some very knowlegable people to help find some form specific to the military. To me civilian people overseas are there by choice, they can go or not go depending, but the military, as you know, they say jump and you had better be in the air before you ask where to land so my only concern is them, not civilian. To me a simple solution would be that any APO, FPO is automatically a good counted vote if it is recieved within 10 days of the election, if not then it does not count, very simple yet does not give them Carte Blanc, just the little extra consideration that have earned with their blood.
We will just have to see what the future holds, I do believe one thing is now clear, there will be some form of change, just don't know what ????
