The Florida Supreme Court has an excellent web site that publishes the briefs of the parties and other official papers. Apparently, this is routinely done but it is a tremendous asset for reporters and the public in the Election 2000 watch.

The Gore Brief is posted and the Bush brief will follow. Only the hard core, perhaps Cobalt Blue as well as me, will be interested but here is the url, select Presidential Election Cases for the frame:
