Hey there's a new VC start-up idea- a co that goes around buying out the networks of the clecs and other fo service providers that are in Ch 11; that could be a long-term winner! Victor, you are entirely too optimistic about the residual value of plant and equipment that is now obsolete the day it is installed, to say nothing about "put in service". <vbg> Some lunes are offering $25MM for the IRID plant. You'll recall it cost $5B to build. I cannot make a case for this $25MM to not be wasted money. Mere maintenance costs will destroy the LLCs plan. FWIW, Ray :)
