Here in the valley, I know that LDCL has assembled a
group of super-talented people. The interview process
inside LDCL is tough as hell and many engineers and
managers used to be the key developers from other well
established e-commerce companies. Street rumors also
talk about LDCL signing up big customers.

I just want to remind this thread: dont jump in conclusion
fast by just reading loudcloud's S-1 filing. Remeber this is
a company that was just established last Sept. What ever
on their S-1 just showed its history from Jan to June
of this year. Nobody knows how their business really
looks like in the second half of 2000 before they offically
start their IPO roadshow.

Not saying any of the above means LDCL is a sure bet,
but I will certainly take a last minute look at this
company a week before its IPO, as information about
company's most recent situation becomes available.
